I'm wondering if you might recommend something to me about the possibility of me being a channel to others who have passed away. I have  had some experiences with this before but it's kinda scary because I don't know much about it. Is there any way to find out for my peace of mind? 1.   Are mediums born or made ... ?

Many believe that they are born and this is correct. Whatever we are to be is inherent within us; good, bad, indifferent. Whatever is our choice for this life is that which will be inherent within.

2.   What is the cause of ill-health ... ?

Many and varied are the reasons. It is not possible to list them all here on this page. However, dear ones, we can say to you not to be overwhelmed when ill-health comes upon you but take it in your stride knowing that it is a friend.

Yes, dear ones, a friend. Honour it, look after it and make it your friend.

Do not struggle against it, dear ones. It has something to teach you.

Let this occur. Yes, this is difficult. However the end result will always be

experience becoming wisdom, if you allow. A journey, dear one, within. Yes? Yes.  

3.   When somebody falls in love, what changes occur within ... ?

Love, dear ones, is a falsity perpetrated upon humans in order for them to co-habit.

Indeed this be true. Otherwise, dear ones, we as humans would not co-habit. Indeed not. We, as humans, are solitary folk wanting our own comforts, our own pleasures, our own benefits, our own dreams, our own time for ourselves, our own, our own, our own, ad infinitum.....The human, quite frankly, is stubborn, rude, depreciative of all things including itself, rough around the edges and thoroughly selfish.

Having said that you can see why the human needs to love, indeed. Without this quality of love humans could not exist; they would not care to be with the other. This is truth dear one. Humans are selfish creatures who think only of themselves. This be true dear heart. And so, 'love' is introduced. Now, dear one, what is love? Love is a change in the hormonal structure of the human, in this instance, to grant the energy / emotion / feeling of so called 'love'. Without this manipulation of the energy systems inherent within man, he, the human would perish.  He could not exist for, dear one, there would be continual war. Would there not? Indeed, dear one, continual war. Man fighting man fighting man ad infinitum. And why? Because he thinks only of himself until the element of love is externally applied. "Externally applied", we hear you say. Indeed, externally applied. Now how is this element externally applied, dear heart? By those in spirit, dear one, whose job it is to manipulate the energy system of those in the flesh (their loved ones who be in the flesh). Yes? Yes. All have loved ones in the spirit, so called, who manipulate their energy systems in the flesh to produce certain effects. Indeed this we do. As we do for our dear Carolyn; for how could she do as she does were it not for those of us, in spirit so called, who manipulate her energy systems to produce effects. Indeed, dear ones, this be true. We shall prove to you that this be so. Just ask, dear ones, for the energies to be stopped. Any energies dear ones. The love for your spouse, the love for your friends, your daughter, your son. Ask, dear ones, and we shall stop the manipulation for a time to prove that what we say is true. When this has been proven to you at your satisfaction then ask for the energy to be returned, dear one. It is not good for the human to be without love for too long, dear one. No we would not want you to be without love, dear heart. Just ask and we shall re-instate the feeling of love. We shall manipulate your energy systems to create the intensity which love generates. Indeed this we will, dear one. This we will. Just ask, dear heart; that be all that is required.

4.   Why are some more spiritual than others ... ?

Why indeed? This be a question of the heart, dear one.

It be the heart which decides whether or not it shall open to the truth.

It be the heart, dear one, which chooses. We see many hearts straining to be recognised for their love, their warmth and when this love and this warmth go wanting, dear heart, that is to say 'it remains unfulfilled', we see the soul crying, dear one, yes crying. Many a soul cries when it goes unrecognised, dear one, many a soul bleeds from neglect.

Indeed it be the soul who must sit and wait until it is recognised.

And what is it that enables the soul to be recognised? Yes, dear one, it is love.

And yet we just said that love and warmth when unrecognised cause the soul to bleed. Did we not? Indeed, dear heart, this we did. So where were we? Oh yes, love and the soul. A true combination, dear one; one and the same.

Where there is one there is the other.

An unbreakable team, dear one. And therein lies your answer.

5.   Today's Dream ... ?

What is today's dream? We shall tell you.

Today's dream is to be yourself.

We ask that you be yourself. And how do you 'be yourself'? By knowing yourself. And how do you know yourself? By being yourself.

Around and around and around we go, dear ones.

Without knowing ourselves we cannot be ourselves, indeed. Therefore firstly we must 'find out' who we are. And how do we do this? By learning about ourselves. And how do we learn about ourselves? By watching our behaviour, dear ones. That's right, by watching our behaviour.

And when we react to something we can say "Ah, that's me, that is how I react to that thing which causes me grief, which causes me concern, which is me". It is that simple, dear heart. Observe yourself, that's right, observe yourself. A little like taste, dear heart, a little like taste. When we 'taste' some food or liquid we say "I don't like that taste, it is sour or it is too sweet or it hasn't any taste". Indeed we do, do we not? Indeed. It is the same with likes and dislikes, dear ones. We say I do not like that, it is not for me, no, that thing is not for me or, I like that thing, that thing is for me, I like that thing. Do we not, dear one? Indeed we do.

And this, dear heart, is our dream. Our dream is to 'find out' what our dream is, in order that we can solve it, so to speak. In order that we can become our dream, in order that we can then refine it. That's right, refine it. By refining it we evolve, dear heart.

So firstly we need to observe ourselves, by which observation we shall begin to know ourselves by which we can then begin the long and arduous task of refining ourselves.

A beginning, dear ones, just a beginning along the road of self evolution; our dream, our own particular dream.

6.   When we choose to come to earth, do we choose a pre-existing life plan ... ?

This is a question which is one, which many ponder over. We shall begin at the beginning.

We, spirit, are an all knowing, all loving, all kind, all benevolent, all encompassing energy of the One and only One. This indeed is what we be, dear heart.

As such, we have no need of anything; not any-thing. We are complete; as such, indeed.

We, spirit, create imaginings for our pleasure; this we do.

Within these imaginings, we, spirit, pretend to be a human (in 'this' imagining we pretend to be a human).

As we have said; we pretend to be a human; unwise, unloving, malevolent, all selfish being residing in goo and mush which we have termed 'flesh'.

Within this imagining, we, spirit, reside in a sense for a time; a time. This we do, dear ones; we reside in the flesh, so to speak, for a time.

No two times are the same, dear hearts. Why would we want to experience the 'same' experience? This would be boring, dear heart.

We, spirit, enjoy having experiences.

 Some of us choose one experience over another; this is our choice. At one occasion we may be man; at another; woman; another; a tree; another; a mountain. This surprises she who writes. Indeed, dear heart; we can be anything for as long or as little a 'time' as we wish. It is not the, so called, ordered existence which you thought it would be. No, dear heart; we have 'fun', dear one; enjoying all of that which is possible to experience.

Therefore, to answer your question, dear heart; 'NO'; this is the answer, dear one. No; we do not have need of progressing through various lives in order to become perfect. We 'are' perfect. We select certain experiences randomly, dear one; whatever is available, dear one; this is all.

Many wish to have this experience; there are no shortages of players, so to speak.

We are 'all' known, one to the other. We have no 'clicks' or 'groups' of souls who cleave to each other exclusively, dear one.

We are all known and loved by each other. We be One, dear heart. One; not two, not three; but One; an all loving, all benevolent, all knowing band of One. How many make One, dear heart? Trillions upon trillions upon trillions. All known, all loved, all united, dear heart. And this is what we wish now to be the 'new scenario' upon earth. All One. All loving. All kind. All perfect.

This will take much great 'time', so to speak. However, dear one, what else is there for us to do? Indeed, dear one. Perfection is indeed a challenge to acquire. Once acquired it is then a challenge to endure.

 This surprises our writer once again. She hesitates to type the words.

Indeed, dear one, we be perfect and yet we be still in need of enjoyment.

Why do you find this unusual, dear heart. Do you wish for all to bask in the glory of our perfection and while away the hours, so to speak; or would you prefer to see us enjoying ourselves; stretching never endingly. Indeed, dear heart. Ponder this and we know that you will see the benefits of constant stretching even as you grow, indeed.

7.   What is our new adventure to be ... ?

Our new adventure, dear ones, is to incorporate within our lives new adventures! This is all we ask of you; incorporate 'new adventures' within your lives. Do you not find it 'boring' dear hearts, when doing the same thing day after day after day? Yes? Indeed, dear hearts; it is boring to be doing the same thing day after day after day after day. The answer, dear ones, is to bring 'change' into your lives; that's right, bring 'change' into your life.        (Jan 2006)

          "And this we say to you, dear heart. We are spirit; cells of the one and only one. We are perfect, dear heart, and when we pass from the illusion of the earthly state we are, once again, aware of this perfection and not in need of comfort from those remaining within the illusion.

           We know that this will be hard for many to comprehend; the illusion is strong and captures our hearts and minds whilst within the illusion. This is understandable and as it has been designed." 

So as you can see,  _ _ _ _ _  the illusion is a strong one to our minds. Also, as has been said within the writing  'Our Origin'; the status quo will not be changed. Channels shall continue to receive in the same way until the brain is capable of understanding the reality that The Collective Consciousness is now relaying. This naturally means that mediums will continue to receive messages and continue to give those messages to those concerned until such time as they are able to comprehend the new reality. Also, there are those who are 'not' to agree with the new understanding and will continue to live their lives in the fashion that has been agreed. This does not diminish their experience for they are living 'their truth' just as we are all living a life agreed to.
