What Do Spiders Reflect About You?

Spider Directory  A-Z

Spiders reflect our behaviour.

Which spider do you like, think about, see often, feel a closeness to, have a kinship with?  See if it is in our directory.

DADDY LONG LEGS (Spider) (Requested May 2005)

Courtesy: Wikipedia.orgIt's a long way to Tipperary, it's a long way to go.

It's a long way to Tipperary, to the sweetest gal I know etc., etc., etc.,

We've had it bad, you know. Bad press!

We'd rather not be seen, you know; we'd like a little rest.

FUNNEL WEB SPIDER

Picture Courtesy: Wikipedia / GNU Free Documentation LicenseTea for two or two for tea? You say neither and I say neither. We are just the same, no matter how one views it.

We are a spider; a happy form of flesh.....! Does this surprise.....?

Oh yes, we are a happy form of flesh.

RED BACK SPIDER (Requested May 2005)

Picture Courtesy: Wikipedia / GNU Free Documentation LicenseOver the fence, that's where I want to be.

Over the fence and far away from here. Did you hear me? Over the fence and far away from here.

I don't like it here. I want to be where I want to be, and don't you forget it. Yeah.

Always bossing me around. Yeah. Don't think I don't know that you're bossing me around.

I do. And I'll fix you; when I can. Yeah. I'll fix you. You, you rat fink.

You, you horse in girl's clothing. Yeah you! Yeah. Yeah. Now I'm so mad, I'm all confused.

You make me so mad I'm all confused and I don't know what I'm saying. Yeah. You. You.

Yeah, you do that to me. You do. You make me angry. Yeah.

SPIDERS (General) (Requested Oct 2005)

Credit: U.S. Fish & Wildlife ServiceWe all love spiders; yes we do.

For those who do not love spiders let me tell you a thing or two.

When we 'fear', we set up a vibration within, which trembles.

This trembling does not bode well.

We must not fear, dear ones, for when we do, what do we do?

Indeed this is true; we place certain vibrations about us which do our bodies harm. Indeed this is true.

So, dear hearts, when you see a spider dear, allow it to live.

Is this not appreciation, dear heart, of life? Indeed t'is true.

When we can visualise all things, which we find abhorrent to our senses, and allow them their right to life;

then and only then shall we be free of fear.
